Mobile number auto detection in iOS

There is auto detection of MSISDNs. For OTP related login attempts these are very helpful and now in iOS it has restrictions. The user has to manually enter his mobile number. In Android auto populating is working while iOS is restricted this by saying security vulnerability. Is there any work around to handle this ?
