I want to sort them out for the sake of beauty with Excel

I have a list of alarms and I want to sort them out for the sake of beauty. I want to tie that second word, which is common with all boxes both in a column but always within the same box. So I want to add the right number of spaces before this word (INH). I have a lot of data so I want to find a formula to make everything automatic.
