Set up a slurm GPU cluster with RJ45 ports?

I am trying to set up a GPU cluster with slurm for deep learning. However, I noted that my servers are only equipped with RJ45 ports. Can they provide enough throughput for a GPU cluster? The network cards of all the servers are Intel I350.
