I would like to properly design the statistical model for the ANOVA analysis. Factors of interest in the trial were:
- cultivar (two levels),
- row spacing (two levels),
- treatment (untreated control and two levels of treatment).
Treatments were completely randomized within four blocks. Additionally, the trial was repeated in three different growing seasons (2018-2020) however, I was planning to analyse each year separately. Im not sure how to properly design the model with random effect of block, fixed effects of factors and their possible interactions.
