Is there a way to get info of the available assets in a wallet (eg. the coin name and amount) and assign them to a variable

I'm working on a school project and I'll like to inquire if it's possible to get the info of all Ethereum based assets (eg. Ethereum NFTs, Ethereum tokens, Ethereum ) and the respective amount from a wallet connected to your site and assign them to variables.
