I have a website I am working on for a client. We are able to access the site completely ok if we access it without the www. at the beginning of the url. However, when we add in the www, we get a 'There has been a critical error on this website.' error.
What could the problem be, and how can we solve it? I'm not really good at URLs so I really need the help.
