I’m looking to set up on our website (coded in Rails) a system of telephone contact between individuals. A private individual must be able to call another private individual with his phone (and not by internet) but without the phone number of the latter being visible by the user. So it must have a system of redirection of the phone line that is secure, with either a phone number that changes each time or a system of code to type to join the phone call.
I saw that it was possible to build this with Twilio or maybe vonage but I’m looking for a French company (because it’s health data that must be hosted in France and must not be subject to the American Cloud Act), or at least an European company.
