Request for input on how to architect a Power Platform, Forms, Apps, Automate Solution

all - newbie to sharepoint, powerapps, powerautomate etc, so looking for some advice on how to architect what I'm trying to accomplish. To be as brief as possible:

  1. I have numerous IT assets in an Excel workbook in various sheets that I've compiled from various network discovery tools.
  2. Each of the assets is assigned to one of our 440+ stores and to our field technician who is responsible for the assets and - soon to hopefully be able to add/edit those assets ideally using user/phone-friendly app.
  3. My initial thinking is to create a MS List in Sharepoint from the Excel sheet(struggling with this a bit as I keep getting a message that says that some of the data being imported does not match the format of where it is being imported into lists).
  4. Once imported to a list, my thought is to create a form from the list(s), that the field technicians can then use to add/update assets - only those assigned to them and/or their store(s) however - on their phone.
  5. As the field techs add/update the assets, I want the adds/updates to flow back into the related appropriate list which I can then export, connect up with a true asset mgt tool, etc.
  6. Key here is that the field techs should only be able to view and modify the assets in the stores they are responsible for so item/row level security would be needed.

Any suggested combination of tools within the MS Power Platform 'ecosystem' that anyone can recommend?
