I am curious how other people have handled using VS Code at a corporation that has licensing concerns? When users are downloading extensions, are they individually responsible for reviewing the license to make sure that it is allowed for corporate use?
Are there any ways to protect ourselves from someone trying to backdoor their way into a license dispute? For example, Docker Desktop is only free if your company has less than 250 employees, but anyone can still just download it and use it while at the same time opening themselves up to legal issues.
I am just trying to figure out how to protect ourselves to ensure that extensions are actually allowed to be used without having to ask dozens of developers to check every license.
Thanks
