My friend and I are working on a set of mouse cursors for a windows desktop application, both animated and static.
But we don't know how to make nice pixel art and make sure the cursors look the same at different scales.
But coincidentally I have a range of tools for vector images, so I was thinking that it would be great if not only bitmaps but vector images could be converted to static and animated cursors and displayed correctly.
So I was wondering if it is possible to create static and animated cursors from vector images, and if so, what tools would I need to do so?
