unable to capture the tokens stored in header recorded script in jmeter

i am doing one HR portal testing each time email is sending to employee along with a link then he enters into the portal while recording auth tokens are coming on header but we are not able to capture the tokens and unable to correlate the tokens which are recorded in the script tokens automatically generating from browser its not coming in any response can you some one help me to how to capture the tokens
