is there any way that I can search a section from my browser in project files?

So I've downladed an open source php and Javascript web project and there are some menu title that I can't find in the project files, is there a way that I can select an element like a title or a menu list item and see from where the browser pulled that information. I'm still learning to code and trying to reverse engineering open source projects. thank you
