How to copy text on a Links webpage in Linux with a keyboard?

I need to copy some text from a webpage which I accessed using Links on my Linux Ubuntu server. Since it's a server it's command line only, no mouse or GUI. I then want to paste this text into a file using Nano. How can I accomplish this with just a keyboard? Thank you.
