So Wix seems to be a little limited in terms of what kind of forms you can ask potential clients when they make a reservation. I'm trying to help a friend design a website for her online counselling business, and I want to create a form for when people make a reservation with multiple choice checkboxes (Eg. Select the following that apply: Trouble Sleeping, No Motivation etc).
Is there somewhere that I can go to get that code from? Any websites you would recommend?
