Get all tiles (x,y) from bounding box (left right longitude, top bottom latitude) with zoom map

my question is, I want the way to extract all tiles from the coordinates box (pixel x , pixel y) from Left longitude , Right longitude Top Latitude , Bottom Latitude And Zoom level . on c# https://i.stack.imgur.com/H1s1Y.png
