How do I achieve this (Loan Amortization Schedule) with PHP and tables?

I need to generate a loan schedule table with PHP, and achieve something like this (links below) for both;

1. Flat Rate http://loan.mastervb.net/flat_rate.php
2. and Reducing Balance/ Effective Interest Rate http://loan.mastervb.net/effective_rate.php
