Google map not updating on iPhone

i work for a business and have access to what used to be google my business.now all on map. Anyway the issue is that some customers have reported that the business showing cloded definitely when we are not. So far i established that all the customers reporting the same issue are all using an apple phone and not android.
The update of the new business. This is causing loss of business. Pls help.
