chrome and edge can't view password

I'm accouting trouble with chrome password manager. When I click the "view" button and enter the right windows PIN, the chrome browser switch to other app and doesn't show the password. I thick Win10 is the cause of this problem, because I meet the same problem in Edge browser. After I checking the log file of chrome, there is an error when chromium password manager promoting its authority. I have no idea how to solve this proble except reinstall Win10, if someone knows how to deal with it, please tell me.
