Doing some research into fuzzy logic and neural networks after a long absence from these topics. I understand how both work on an implementation level, what I'm not sure about is the application of these and the performance of each.
Say we have a car's ABS system, and design solutions with both fuzzy logic and neural networks, are they both able to perform the desired task of correcting locking brakes, and how would the performance compare? Is one faster, can one do anything better than the other?
