I am trying to sign up for a Microsoft 365 developer account, but Philippines is not in the list of countries when trying to enter my phone number. I have tried with various browsers (Edge, Chrome, FireFox), but still the country was not on the selection even though during sign up the country Philippines is included. How can I proceed on the sign up?
