I have deployed the Ruby on Rails application on Hetzner cloud server using Dokku. I have been experiencing an issue every couple of hours neither I am able to SSH to the server nor I am not able to access the app via the web. I have to manually Power Off and then Power On the cloud server to access SSH or app via browser.
This doesn't seem Dokku issue as SSH is also unaccessible
Any idea what could be the issue?

VCPU 8
RAM 32 GB
