Background: I am developing a web portal for missing persons that will connect different departments and organizations. There are different filters to search people like name, age etc but some kids & disabled can't even identify themselves. So I want to add image search in it, I think face recognition from images would be the best. I am senior ASP.NET C# develop and I have no idea where to start.
Short Question: Is there any library, plugin or service that can be used with C# for face recognition?
