I am working in construction based company and having more than 4 year of experience.

I have a knowledge in these areas:

  1. HTML CSS
  2. Bootstrap
  3. JavaScript
  4. ASP.NET webforms
  5. ASP.NET Core Web API
  6. React.JS
  7. SQL Server

In which skills should I invest so that could get good returns in terms of pay and knowledge?

technologies that you mention, can be used together. you have to search and find your stack and position (front-end or back-end dev).
but if you decided to learn asp.net core (focus on the back-end), you can use this road map for learning new thing. for the salary part, you can use stackoverflow report or other similar website
