how do I determine valid signatures using consistency models?

I have some trouble understanding consistency models and how I can use them to determine if a certain given signature is valid or not (eg : 100000). Can someone please explain the steps to me on how to find it out. I have come across the 4 valid execution sequences but I do not understand how the prints and signatures come to 1's and 0's.
