I just created an azure account to try out the free services. As mentioned, you can create VM instances for up to 750 hours. And I do create one but on the billing section, I'm getting charged for storage, virtual network, and network watcher. I'm new to this, please clear me what exactly those are and whether are those mandatory to run VM instances and how can create VM without getting charged. On the free tier, you do get 2 P6 storage but why I'm still getting charged for it?
