It's possible to make a digital signature with a private key besides the one Ethereum generates for me?

This might sound like a vague question, but I'm clueless.

I'm currently making a research about the issuing of digital diplomas using Ethereum and I'm aware the web3 library can be used. However the signatures generated are always bounded to my Ethereum private key and I need one issued by a trusted Certificate Authority in order for it be legally valid. It's possible to replace my wallet key or something?
