When I reload R studio I have been recently getting the following prompt:
I've been resisting updating because I'm rushing to meet some deadlines and don't want to deal with more debugging because of the update. Are there any risks in accepting this and updating? I've written a lot of code under the old version, I'm worried that if I update there will be compatibility issues where I have to parse through thousands of lines of old code to debug all over again. I'm not a "computer person" btw, and I am always suspicious of updates.
