I'm having a problem I don't know where the problem is. when I run nothing happens :")

hello there so this is the code for telegram bot i dont know where the problem is ,I don't think there's anything wrong with the code, when i running it nothing happens.I think maybe there is some code that can't be used for now or because the google apps script that I use is no longer working optimally in reading my code,I really helped if you help me.
