Can I cast files over HTTP with Silvermine/videojs-chromecast

actually I can cast my video file over HTTPS with this videoJS plugin. But I also want to use it on my local network, and in my local network I can't access to the website with https. So is there an option to enable HTTP Chromecasting. I see some posts where they says it's impossible, but the python library pychromecast can cast over HTTP. So I hope it's possible with specific parameters or library improvments. Sincerely, Impre'visible
