Atd command returns error response sim7000g

i've been working with lilygosim700g modem recently.i am using the example code atdebug from github go test the at commands,all other at commands returns the correctly but whenever i try atdxxxxxxxx; command for a gsm call it returns error response.my network is registering and carrier is showing How can i resolve this problem?
