Is there a way to authenticate scrapy spiders using Kerberos or using a .pem file

I am trying to crawl through a website the only auth medium I have is a .pem file or via Kerberos. it would be of great help if you could let me know how can each request be authenticated via scrapy using .pem or Kerberos mechanism
