I have an app hosted on app store connect, recently I uploaded a new TestFlight and added that build for review and after 1 day I received an email from apple saying "Your submission was accepted for release on the App Store." but when I logged into the app store connect the status of that version is updated to "Removed from sale" automatically and I didn't receive any email for the rejection from apple too.
I've checked my availability of the app is set to 42 regions, Check the attached screenshot. Availability
Does anyone know what can be the reasons behind this?
