Visual Studio 2022 Unable to add Form to project Visual Basic

I have migrated a visual basic project to the same version of visual studio 2022 installed on a different pc. The solution works perfectly, I haven't any problem writing code and running the windows form application, but when I try to add a new form to solution, I don't see the form template but only add a new class. There is someone that has the same issue? Tips about this ? Thanks in advance
