I have a problem reinstalling Heidi when I tried to update my previous version with the latest one it made me uninstall Heidi I did it but I was no longer able to reinstall it how can I fix it? The error that comes out to me and the "error 2 unable to find the Snippets folder" if I create it in "document" I get the error unable to find the specified file "and it also tells me that it is impossible to create an installation file.
