Where specify PostgrSQL ip addresses in kong | where configure PostgreSQL HA IP in to KONG

We have three nodes PostgreSQL HA installed with three Patroni, etcd and haproxy. Means each node have one patroni, etcd and haproxy service with PostgreSQL. Currently one PostgreSQL is the Master node and two are Replica. As per above environment details we have three IP addresses. Please advise how these three IPs configure inside KONG application so that KONG application can see the new Master node in case active Master node get down/failed
