tensorflow keras can use GPU.
But pytorch can not use GPU and i'm sure my drivers is installed and works fine.

If i install from pytorch.org with cuda 11.6 it works perfectly. But it has a 4.6 GB space requirement. I already installed gpu software dependecies globally on my pc and i dont want download 2.4 GB file and use it as 4.6 GB on every project.
