Why SpringBoot not mapping my model class

Coming from .NET world, I am trying to use ORM when I map run the application no errors, but it doesn't map my entities. I think I have the trick is in connection string or the database configuration and the dependencies

Also it is giving me error at the 'org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:' not found

Again, the code runs normally but no changes been made on the database and no creation for the tables or any migrations
