Pinescript - How to plot a horizontal line on the highest and lowest of a given range from the argument to the given time?

White bg color is the argument point of being plotted, the following point is the orange color. I want to take the range between those points and plan the high and low, then plot to the next day, formatted by the first open session

Basically, taking the specific range from the argument to the given time point. Then plot the high and low of that range; plotted in the next session.
