What is the easiest way to create a biomechanics report, using R or Python?

I am trying to create a MoCap Report that is easier to read than the basic Visual 3D, Qualysis package, template. I honestly have no idea where to start. I've looked into basic libraries in R, which have not been helpful. Python shows a bit more promise with some easy to use data visualization tools. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.
