Graalvm EE performs better than OpenJDK-hotspot in most of aspects, why is it not popular?

We all know that Graalvm is based on OpenJDK. So it also represents the importance of OpenJDK. But we can get the obvious answer from the benchmark numbers that the Graalvm EE version outperforms OpenJDK. Renaissance benchmark test result Based on the above philosophy, everyone should use Graal instead of OpenJDK at the moment. Why isn't that the case? Graalvm EE performs better than OpenJDK in all aspects, why is it not popular?
