If cells in Col D (sheet2, input) match cells in Col A (sheet1, budget), add Col C(sheet 2, input) to corresponding cell in F (sheet1, budget)

So if a Cell in Column D(input sheet) matches a number in Column A(Budget sheet), I want the number in cell C (input sheet) to add to the spent column (F, Budget) that corresponds to the number on the A column (Budget)/D column(Input).

For instance, if cell D9 of (input) sheet matches the number on A12 on (budget) sheet, I want the value C9 (input) added to F12. Does that make sense? I'm sorry I've never posted here before.
