I want to create an web app with product list but it doesnt work is there something wrong with my code

i want to ask i have to code a web-app with product list page, and i have to add an product page does my code is correct for creating an web-app using PHP i am new in PHP and i want to create it correctly and also should i use [include] to add one more php file
