how to make button unclickable after it takes u to wanted page of website(useing javascript)?

Here I'm trying very basic logic to make button be unclickable when given page is being viewed but I'm new to java script and I don't see what is wrong wit this but there must be lot of mistakes I don't notice enter image description here
