I designed this to Auto Manage most of the data of our employees.
Step 1: Google Form collects data to 'Form Responses #' sheet. This data is formatted and autopopulated in the next sheet ('Master Data All Candidates').
STEP 2: We feed details of every application (Multiple Applications for single Employee in a single month) of leave on the 3rd sheet i.e. 'Leave Entry Sheet'.
→This allows us to keep track of all applications and gives a overall view of the leave management (One Employee at once) on the same sheet by Changing values in Cell 'L2:M2' Leave Details of SINGLE CANDIDATE →This also reflects in other sheets and wherever necessary for the specific employee.
STEP 3: TARGET (Unable to Make this one happen)
CREATE an Attendance Sheet by choosing month & year from drop-down on 4th sheet 'Monthly attendance' such that it has the following features in ORDER.
If a leave entry is found in the SHEET 3 'Leave Entry Sheet' the cell (of sheet 4) will be filled with corresponding value of that entry from column 'G' of SHEET 3 'Leave Entry Sheet', otherwise marked "P" for present.

For example: Employee 9818701 took a General Leave on 2nd September 2022, Friday. (Entered well in SHEET 3 'Leave Entry Sheet') Will show GL in the cell against 3rd of September 2022 against the specific Employee ID.
Such that this looks like row 4 of sheet 4.
