I want all user send message with their password in mailenable

I have a question about Mailenable in windows. If i send mail using smtp with python smtplib or telnet, I can send message without login. In other words, I can send message without password using user name that registered on server. But i want all users login using their password and send messages. I didn't find solution what i want yet, What should i do? and this is my first time upload a question in Stack Overflow i think my question have many english syntax error. If you find it, can you advice to me?
