I read that blockchain links data at various nodes so that it is likely impossible for hacker to hack,i am really confused in this part imagine i have a struct bike which have{ name,id,price} field so if i add for ex. bike1,1,100 and bike2,2,200 are they both linked to each other,or both are separate entities (when i edit bike1,1,100 using some address then it get linked).Please provide me with some docs if possible
