how to connect Aerospike database to jax-rs application

please I need some help I want to connect an aerospike database to simple jax-rs project
how can I do that cause I've read the aerospike documentation but can't get the point how to configure it with jax-rs if any video or tutorial doing this it would be of a great help I've tried so many times but can't find the write way knowing that I've no experience with aerospike
