Is it possible to switch wasd with arrow keys?

I was wondering if it is possible to make a javascript bookmarklet that replaces the wasd keys with the up arrow keys? So, for example, I go on an online game that requires movement via arrow keys, but I'm a left-handed player so I'm used to wasd and not the arrow keys
