I'm taking the first steps in the use of machine learning and I would like to have indications of tools where I can work with multiple text entries.
I have several emails (email body) with different orders where I need to first interpret the order of each email and then classify the email according to the type of order.
Is there any resource from Google, Amazon, etc where I can train this type of model?
