This is going to sound weird but I have about 6 databases at Arvixe hosting and they are migrating their control panels and will be down for a month.

Is my only option to backup to Azure via a url? Can I backup to a local? Or external disk drive connected to my local? 3 of my databases are about 600 MB and 3 are less than 100 MB.
